In this personalized practice, work with Amber to create simple and healthy habits, based on your lifestyle and intentions. We will use a personalized combination of Yoga and Pilates practices, poses, breathwork, and meditation, and find ways to integrate these positive and sustainable practices into daily habits. This program includes 1 month of yoga and 3 private yoga sessions during that same month.
